I can't connect my device ?
- make sure you see your connecting device in file>setting and connection tab
if u can't see you cable data or infrared click "add connection" and choose your appropriate device
- make sure you choose correct data cable
- make sure you install device driver correctly
I can't see my cell phone galleries
click file>setting>advanced tab and check all options, if this is not work, uninstall and reinstall other version.
I can't see java games folder
This can occur in certain firmware that does not use the phone's games folder to store games. It could also occur if MobiMB is being used with a phone that is not yet supported.
If you encounter this problem, then it should be possible to access the folders by other means, or for support to be added into MobiMB if the phone is not yet supported. Please contact support for further information.
Windows reports error 0x80040155 in MobiMB
This error occurs if one of your system
components has become corrupted, or has not been registered correctly when
installing/uninstalling service packs or other applications.
To resolve this problem, you need to re-register the affected component:
1. Open a command prompt window (Start menu->Programs->Accessories->Command
Prompt)
2. Enter: CD C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
(On windows 2000 or XP, it might be C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32)
3. Enter: REGSVR32 OLE32.DLL
After change operator logo using MobiMb, i can't save operator logo downloaded through WAP
1) Start up your MobiMB as per normal and when
the IR is established, go to Gallery/Graphics.
2) Just highlight/choose any graphics file but do not do anything.
3) Now go to your File menu and choose Set Default and click on Operator Logo,
the Operator Logo on your phone should revert back to it's original state. Do
not worry if there doesn't seem to be any changes made. Just go to your
favourite WAP site and try downloading a new Logo and save it. Viola! It should
work now.
